A 15-Year Legacy in Silk Textiles
Before Seidecosa™ came into being, our parent company Yaash Export—operating under the brand Warps & Wefts—was already a trusted name in the manufacture and export of premium silk yarns and fabrics. For over 15 years, we have proudly served the European and Middle Eastern fashion markets, providing high-quality silks that reflect India’s artisanal excellence.
Our deep technical know-how, access to the finest raw materials, and strong international relationships laid the perfect foundation for what came next.
The Birth of Seidecosaa™
Science Meets Silk
With decades of experience in the silk value chain, a bold idea emerged—to look beyond textiles and explore silk’s bioactive potential. This idea gave rise to Seidecosa™, a division of M/s Indian Silk Fibre Co.
Leveraging our industry insight and infrastructure, we expanded into the realm of biotechnology, focusing on the extraction and application of silk proteins and Oil of Silk™ (Omega-3 ALA). Today, Seidecosa™ stands at the forefront of natural innovation, offering solutions for the nutraceutical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.
With our base in Karnataka—India’s largest silk-producing region—we are never short of the finest raw material. But more importantly, we are never short of vision.

The soul of Seidecosa™ is deeply connected to the legacy of Late Mr. Daulat Ram Tandon, whose life was a testament to integrity, purpose, and service. A pioneering entrepreneur, generous philanthropist, and respected community leader, Mr. Tandon built more than businesses—he built trust, uplifted lives, and planted seeds of transformation.
He believed in empowering others, in leading with quiet strength, and in the value of doing good work with good intent. Though he is no longer with us, his ideals continue to shape our path—reminding us daily that true success lies in creating value for others.
